Information About "Cookies"
(also displayed in our Privacy Policy)
When you visit the Quality Foods web site, we place a text
file called a "cookie" in the browser directory
of your computer's hard drive. A cookie is a small piece of
information that a web site can store on your web browser
and later retrieve. The cookie cannot be read by any web site
other than the one that set up the cookie.
Cookies are necessary in order for us to
"save" your shopping cart for 14 days so you can
finish your order at a later date.
In order for our website to function
properly, cookies must be turned on.
How Do I turn cookies on?
First, find out your browser
version by clicking "Help" then "About"
inside of the web browser you are currently using.
Next, use the appropriate information according to your browser
and browser version:
Microsoft
Internet Explorer 6
On a PC:
Select Tools from your browser
menu at the top of the screen, then click Internet
Options and click on the "Privacy" tab.
There is a vertical slider on the left
hand portion of the next screen. Make sure it's at it's lowest
point, which says "Accept all Cookies" on the right
hand side.
Microsoft
Internet Explorer 5.0
On a PC:
Select Tools from your browser
menu at the top of the screen, then click Internet
Options and click on the "Security" tab.
The default selection, "Medium",
supports cookies, but you can click on the "Custom Level"
button to check. Scroll down until you see the word "Cookies"
and verify that the radio button next to "Enable"
is selected in both options.
On a Mac:
Select Edit from your browser
menu at the top of the screen, then click Preferences.
Scroll down until you see "Cookies" under
Receiving Files. Make sure that "Never Ask" is selected.
Microsoft Internet
Explorer 4.0 (and 4.5 Macintosh)
On a PC:
Select View Edit from your browser
menu at the top of the screen, then click Internet
Options and click on the "Advanced" tab.
Scroll down until you see the word "Cookies"
and verify that the circle next to "Always accept cookies"
is selected.
On a Macintosh:
Select Edit from your menu at the top
of the screen, then click Preferences.
Scroll down until you see "Cookies" under
Receiving Files. Make sure that "Never Ask" is selected.
Netscape
Communicator 4.0
Choose Edit from your browser menu at the top of the
screen then click Preferences and click on the "Advanced"
option.
Select the radio button next to "Accept all cookies"
and click "OK".
