Is there a minimum order amount? Yes, we have a minimum order amount of $30 before taxes, shopping fee and bottle deposits.
Should
I be concerned about the freshness and quality of products
selected for me, like dairy, meat and produce?
You can be assured that your personal shopper will select
your order will with your best interests at heart. They pick
the longest 'best before' dates, the crispest and freshest
produce and best cuts of meat. After all, they sign their
name to the order and want you to be 100% satisfied!
What about pricing? Is it the same
as in the store?
Yes, product prices are the same as if you shopped in person.
This includes advertised and manager's in-store specials.
In addition, you are automatically entered into the in-store
contests, accumulate Q-Points and Bonus Q-points, and receive
instant Q-Combo offers. You will receive the prices that are
in effect at the time your order is processed. Please note
that in the rare case of a price discrepancy, the till price
will be taken as correct.
What is the cost of this service?
There is a fee added separately to each order we shop for
you, which includes delivery within the shopping service boundaries.

Where are your online shopping service areas?
We currently deliver to Parksville, Qualicum Beach, Errington, Coombs, Lasqueti Island (to the French Creek Marina), Lantzville, Nanaimo, Comox, Courtenay, Campbell River, Port Alberni and Bamfield (via the Lady Rose).
When you register, we ask for your Postal Code to verify if you're within our delivery boundaries. If your postal code isn't accepted, yet you're in one of the towns listed above, please contact us for more information.
Can I pick up my order if I live outside of the delivery area?
Yes, we can also prepare your order for pick-up at the following QF stores.

Can I order for friends or family
even though I live out of the delivery area?
Yes. In fact, we receive orders from all over the world for
people who live within the delivery area. When you order,
please use the postal code of the person receiving the order.
You will need to make payment arrangements with the appropriate
QF Store (listed above) in advance
of placing the order please.
Why don't I see any advertised specials
on the site on the weekend?
Your weekly advertised
online flyer items run each Monday through Friday. If
you log in on Monday, you will see the same specials until
Friday's 11:00am order cut-off time. Specials don't show over
the weekend because the special prices would no longer register
when processed on Monday morning. This way you can have confidence that your total is accurate when you check out.
What types of payment do you accept?
You can pay by at your door by Debit card, Visa or MasterCard.
For security, we do not store any credit card information
on this site. To prevent our delivery people from becoming
targets, we can't accept or carry cash for deliveries.
What time should I place an order?
Your online store is open 24 hours a day – you can place
an order after work the night before, and we'll have your
order ready for the next day! For Same-day delivery, place
your order by 11:00am Monday through Friday. Limited delivery
times are available, so order early!
How does it work if I don't have a
Q-Card No.?
When you go to check out, it the system will detect that you
haven’t entered a card. You will have three options:
1) I don’t have a Q-Card (which allows you to receive
one online when you check out)
2) I have a Q-Card, but I don’t have the number available.
(allows you to checkout without a Q-card number)
3) I have a Q-Card and I have the number with me (allows you
to enter your Q-Card Number)
How can I save time when shopping
online?
The best single piece of advice we can offer for saving time
is using the Quicklist feature. Check the box next to any
items that you order regularly, and you can call them up instantly
each time you log in.
Should I tip my delivery person?
There is no need to feel obligated to offer a tip, as our
delivery people are discouraged from accepting gratuities.
QF personnel do not rely on tips for their existence. If you
think your delivery person deserves extra recognition, please
e-mail us and we'll pass your comments along.
How can I get no-fee shopping?
For each shopper you refer who places a first-time online
order, we will waive the shopping fee! For more information,
